The Effects of Fidget-Based Interventions on Sustained Attention and Impulsivity Regulation In Emerging Adults with ADHD

Abstract
The efficacy of fidget-based interventions (spinner, yogaball, bands) on attention and impulsivity in emerging adults with ADHD profiles is examined. Following screening via the ASRS, participants complete the SART-2 while using one intervention. Using the Functional Working Memory Model, findings will inform if devices improve working-memory, thus supporting evidence-based accommodations.
