Abstract
We recruited 1505 young people who were seeking jobs in China. And we found that emotion regulation mediated the relationship between perceived labor market uncertainty and anxiety symptoms, as well as between perceived labor market uncertainty and displaced aggression. Additionally, the results also supported the moderating effect of career adaptability.
