Abstract
We conducted a hierarchical multiple regression of the effects of social support (SS) and emotion regulation strategies (ERS) on secondary traumatic stress (STS) and secondary posttraumatic growth (SPTG) among 268 healthcare professionals (212 females) in Taiwan. The findings indicate that SS and ERS have distinct impacts on STS and SPTG.
