Abstract
This study examined whether cognitive and somatic-affective depressive symptoms predict quality of life in Argentine adults with epilepsy. Ninety-eight participants completed the BDI-II and QOLIE-31P. Results showed that somatic-affective depression significantly predicted lower quality of life, highlighting the importance of integrating mental health assessment into epilepsy care.
