Exploring Justice of LGBTQ+ Policies and Practices and Knowledge Management Behaviors from Attribution Theory Perspective

This study employs a serial moderated mediation model to examine how the perceived justice of LGBTQ+ policies increases intrinsic and reduces extrinsic attributions, shaping policies agreement and knowledge management behaviors under the moderation of LGBTQ+ identity threat. Findings aim to advance attribution theory and effective the LGBTQ+ policies.
