Abstract

Conducted at an outpatient clinic of a large U.S. hospital system, this study developed treatment planning protocols and evaluated their impacts on client satisfaction, treatment attendance, and clinician burnout. By refining referral criteria and implementing pretreatment psychoeducation groups, the project seeks to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate evidence-based psychotherapies.
