Abstract
This study examines how cultural diversity and cultural tightness jointly shape which role behaviors- proficiency, adaptivity, or proactivity- are most effective in multicultural nursing teams. We theorize that these cultural ecologies create different demands that require specific behavioral repertoires, and that Cultural Intelligence moderates nurses’ ability to navigate these demands.
