From Reflexive Dialogue to Action: Co‑Producing Ethical Frameworks for Artificial Intelligence Use

We conducted a qualitative workshop (N=17) interrogating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in academic and professional contexts. Using reflexivity prompts and a collaborative “dreaming board,” thematic analysis revealed concerns about bias, power, and uncritical adoption, alongside reimagined human–AI relations. Participants co-developed ethical strategies for the contextual, reflexive, and socially accountable AI use.
