Abstract

Using 7-night sleep diaries and latent profile analysis in 120 university students, we examine the relationship between multi-night sleep patterns, cognition and RSA. A distinct profile characterized by short duration, low-efficiency, instability profile was associated with specific deficits in interference control and spatial working memory, rather than broad cognitive impairment.
