Abstract
This review synthesizes evidence on authenticity, voice behavior and burnout in organizational contexts. Findings show authenticity and voice act as personal resources reducing burnout and reinforce each other, though conceptual inconsistencies and methodological limitations persist. Supportive leadership and psychological safety are critical for leveraging these mechanisms to prevent employee strain.
