Abstract
Exposing college students to experimentally manipulated social norms impacted their stalking myth acceptance (SMA) and future stalking likelihood, consistent with the inflation or deflation of the norms. Most of our sample were classified as perpetrators, but we observed that stalking perpetration status did not interact with the social norms manipulation.
