War Reframing Intervention In Ukraine

To address Ukrainians’ need for psychological support, we developed a brief (≈15 minutes) intervention, in which participants reflected on challenges they overcame as a result of the war. In two experiments (N = 665), we show that our intervention enhanced participants’ self-efficacy, resilience, mood, and made them feel less broken.
