Abstract

This pilot RCT examined a 3-hour online parent emotion-coaching workshop with follow-up consultations (N = 115). ANOVAs showed minimal overall change in parent outcomes, though the workshop may buffer against increases in emotion suppression observed in controls. Findings suggest online emotion-coaching could support parental emotional functioning, warranting further research.
