Abstract

This study examines the impact of self-care on intention to stay and work engagement among 524 workers in Thailand. Work engagement mediated the effects of spiritual and professional self-care on stay intention. Physical and psychological self-care were positively related with intention to stay while emotional self-care was not significant.
