Abstract

This study examined the buffering effect of age on the relationship between job insecurity and burnout (i.e., exhaustion and cynicism). Data from 420 married Korean employees showed that age buffered the positive relationship between job insecurity and cynicism, acting as a protective resource against occupational stressors.
