Person-Organization Fit In Learning Orientation Can Explain Employees' Attitudes Toward the Use of Artificial Intelligence

Analyzing data from 350 Korean employees using polynomial regression, we found that fit or misfit between personal tendency and organizational culture in learning orientation explained the level of AI use attitudes. Misfit showed a U-shaped relationship with positive attitudes, whereas fit demonstrated a positive linear relationship with positive attitudes.
