Abstract

This study examined the interplay between frailty and cerebral dysfunction on dementia risk. Multiple brain aging markers were associated with frailty, jointly increasing dementia risk. A machine learning model integrating frailty and multimodal neuroimaging demonstrated high predictive accuracy, offering a potential tool for early detection and intervention for elevated-risk individuals.
