Abstract

We examined the indirect effects of coworker incivility on work engagement through recovery experiences (psychological detachment and relaxation) and the moderating effect of psychological reattachment to work (PRW) on the second paths, using 315 Korean employees. PRW compensated the effects of recovery experiences such that high PRW was protective.
