Abstract

Using Bayesian generalized linear models, we examined psychological and geocoded contextual correlates of self-injurious thoughts and behaviors at 7 months postpartum (N = 223). Rumination and chronic stressors showed the strongest associations. Findings highlight potential targets for screening and efforts to tailor interventions to individuals' psychological and contextual needs.
