Abstract

Art-based interventions have been found to promote mental well-being. Gender euphoria has been found to be a protective factor among transgender and gender diverse (TGD) individuals. This proposed study tests an art-journaling intervention designed to elicit gender euphoria, improve mental health, and assess the intervention’s feasibility among TGD participants.
