Abstract

This study identifies multimorbidity patterns in Navy/Marine Corps personnel (2017-2020) and their impact on military readiness. Latent class analysis revealed four distinct profiles. Service members with complex pain and psychological health concerns had significantly lower odds of deployment readiness. Findings inform targeted interventions.
