Abstract

Twenty displaced Ukrainian mothers raising a child with autism participated in a larger community-based investigation. Results of the Life Events Checklist (LEC-5, Weathers et al., 2018) indicated these mothers experienced significant traumatic events or were directly exposed to human suffering, but none were receiving mental health support.
