Abstract
This study examined 370,440 adolescents from population-based samples across 23 countries (Mage = 15.3, 51% girls) between 1985 and 2022. Daily sleep remained stable, with about four minutes less per decade (β = -0.41, p = .67). Weekend sleep declined by approximately thirteen minutes per decade (p = .007).
