Abstract
This study examined whether country-level happiness and social support predict intimate partner violence (IPV) rates across 209 countries. Regression analyses revealed clinically meaningful relationships. Lower happiness rates and higher social support rates were associated with greater IPV prevalence, suggesting the need for further research to explore cultural influences.
