Abstract

A digital psychoeducation program targeting reaction to difficult client interactions was examined in veterinary healthcare workers to determine if baseline client-related burnout impacted intervention use. Higher baseline burnout was linked to poorer program and homework completion. Efforts to enhance adherence may be needed to reach the audience with greatest need.
