Multidimensional Sleep Health Is Associated with Social Support, Belonging, and Loneliness In an Adult Sample

Abstract
In a cross-sectional study of 440 adults age 18-82 years-old, higher self-reported multidimensional sleep health was significantly associated with lower loneliness and higher social support and belonging. Associations did not vary by age.
