Abstract
This study analyzed 342 adolescent psychiatric patients in Greece to identify factors distinguishing suicide attempters from non-attempters. Suicide attempts were associated with mood and personality disorders, suicidal ideation and key psychosocial stressors including romantic disappointment, family dysfunction and school difficulties. Findings highlight priority areas for risk assessment and targeted intervention.
