Abstract
This survey of 562 Koreans (M_age = 43.98; 50.7% female) examined how consideration of future consequences influences pro-environmental behavior and beliefs proposed by the Health Belief Model. It predicted behavior only indirectly via perceived barriers and also predicted perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, and several barrier subdimensions related to environmental behavior.
