Abstract
This study examined reading comprehension differences and training trajectories among primary school children with and without migration background. Children with migration background showed lower initial reading skills, but both groups improved similarly over time. Findings indicate persistent baseline disparities, while structured reading training supports comparable developmental progress across groups.
