Abstract
This study investigates how political messages shape shared brain responses. Using naturalistic fMRI and ISC, we test whether watching outgroup-derogatory content produces stronger neural alignment within partisan groups than ingroup-favoring content. We expect neural synchrony to vary with participants’ interpretations, linking behavioral reactions to shared patterns of brain activity.
