Abstract

A sample of 659 participants (64.2% female, M_age=18.27) completed measures assessing anhedonia, savoring strategies, and descriptions of positive events. Anhedonia was related to savoring strategies of sharing with others and kill-joy thinking; short descriptions of positive events, scored using LIWC, were not consistently related to anhedonia or savoring strategies.
