Abstract

We applied a deep learning model to identify social determinants predicting time-to-onset of adult anxiety disorders in 123,704 participants (59,524 males, Mage=57). Key predictors included low socioeconomic status, high deprivation area, air pollutants, and poor social support, emphasizing the need for region-specific, socially informed mental health strategies.
