Abstract
A randomized trial (n=1,157) tested whether a four-week digital meditation program encouraged ongoing meditation with others. Meditation significantly increased odds of meditating with others 3-months post-intervention but not immediately post-intervention relative to usual care. No differences emerged relative to psychoeducation. Later behavior was significantly predicted by baseline engagement.
