- Elizabeth Mazur

Abstract
In a survey of 60 emerging adults with ADHD, the voluntary discussion of stigma was significantly related to reporting concealing their diagnosis in personal relationships, to differential treatment after disclosure, and to not receiving positive reactions to the disclosure. Many participants expressed awareness of embodiment of stigmatized neurodivergent behaviors.
