Abstract

This study identified three mobile phone addiction (MPA) profiles among 550 Chinese vocational college freshmen (304 males, M_age = 18.24). Compared to the low-risk profile, moderate-risk and high-risk profiles showed significantly more ADHD-like symptoms. Analyses confirmed that resilience and self-control operate as chain mediating roles in this relationship.
