We developed a measure of Openess-to-change values as an personality space of values. There were 423 participants from two countries (191 Males, Mage =24), and the reliability was a=.87. Was found strongly correlation between values of Self-direction&Stimulation, indicating support for the existence of the OC-values construct in cross-cultural context.
