Evaluating Rater Agreement In Peer Educator Selection Processes: Reliability and Implications for Program Practice

Abstract
Peer education programs, such as Supplemental Instruction (SI), select and train undergraduate students. To sustainably implement the international model of SI, a selection rubric was developed and analyzed. Results revealed the rubric possessed a substantial degree of inter-rater reliability, and implications include rubric development, program theories, and rater training.
