Abstract
This longitudinal study examined psychological predictors of anxiety, depression, and life satisfaction among 146 cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Participants completed emotional entitlement, gratitude, social support, and psychological distress scales across three time points. Baseline symptoms predicted outcomes. Entitlement, gratitude, and friend support added explanatory power for depression and life satisfaction.
