Abstract

We developed a measure of instructor attention to DEIA in the Introductory Psychology classroom. Using online survey data collected from 645 students recruited from multiple U.S. colleges, we refined the measure via exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. Evidence of the validity and reliability of the new measures will be presented.
