Abstract

This study will investigate whether increased social media usage predicts higher orthorexia nervosa symptoms, while also examining the mediating roles of cultural norms and personality traits. We expect that social media usage will remain the leading predictor of orthorexia severity even when controlling for individual differences and cultural norms.
