Advancing Equity In Psychological Trauma Research: Evidence for an Alternative Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form (CTQ-SF) Model In Black and White US University Students

The alternative Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form (CTQ-SF) factor structure showed improved fit over the original model for the full sample. For White participants, model fit statistics for the original and alternative models were comparable. For Black participants, the alternative model demonstrated better fit than the original model.
