Abstract
The Adapted-Coping with Stress intervention bolsters adolescents’ ability to cope with stress and reduces suicide risk. Here we identify mechanisms of change, finding evidence of a serial mediation effect through reductions in hyperarousal and depression, and present resulting data-driven methods of our effectiveness trial.
