From Slumber to Awakening: What Sparks Spiritual Evolution?

This study aims to comprehensively examine psychological traits and lifestyle behaviors influencing spiritual awareness. Over 300 participants will complete surveys assessing spiritual awareness and 28 different traits. Findings are expected to advance understanding of these relationships and inform future interventions and practices that foster spiritual growth and biopsychosocial well-being.
