Abstract
This study examined how addictive smartphone use affects relationship satisfaction among 114 married college students (M = 23.68). Regression results confirmed the hypothesis: higher smartphone addiction predicted lower satisfaction (F(1,112)=7.83, p=.006, R²=.065). Findings support prior research linking excessive technology use to reduced relationship quality (Roberts & David, 2016).
