Face to Face with Birds: Emotional Experiences in Bird Hides and Their Relationship to Personality

This exploratory study examines the emotional experiences associated with birdwatching from hides and their relationship to personality traits. Using mixed quantitative and qualitative methods, it identifies emotional patterns, personality correlations, and participant types, offering insights into how individual differences shape psychological benefits of nature-based experiences.
