Abstract
Rural and urban participants were asked why a set of mental health symptoms (mild, moderate, severe) warranted a need for help and what they would do to seek help. Qualitative findings for both questions included themes of attitudes, barriers, and motivation for ‘why’ and professional, informal, and barriers for ‘what’.
