Abstract
This qualitative study explored storytelling and well-being in the Armenian Diaspora. Seven semi-structured interviews with U.S.-based Armenians (ages 25–60) were analyzed using grounded theory. Emergent themes showed storytelling facilitates emotional regulation, intergenerational connection, and resilience after collective trauma, demonstrating its significance as a culturally embedded mechanism of well-being.
