Abstract

The aim of the proposed cross-sectional study is to understand the prevalence of depression, anxiety, body image dissatisfaction and stress in middle an upper middle class menopausal women between the ages of 40-60 years in urban India and the influence of resilience and self compassion in reducing the symptoms.
