Abstract

This study explores how Positive Psychological Capital influences Gen Z workplace well-being through perceived job meaningfulness, moderated by organizational support. Surveying 487 employees, findings reveal a significant moderated mediation effect. Results underscore the value of fostering meaningful work and support systems to enhance Gen Z's psychological thriving at work.
