Digital Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Reduces Perceived Stress Among Healthcare Workers

This study examined perceived stress among healthcare workers receiving digital CBT. Stress levels significantly declined from pre-treatment to treatment completion. Participants who improved attended more sessions on average than those who did not. Findings support digital CBT’s effectiveness and highlight the role of treatment duration in improving therapeutic outcomes.
